factura electronic\u0103 RO e-Factura, indiferent dac\u0103 destinatarii sunt sau nu \u00eenregistra\u021bi \u00een Registrul RO e-Factura;<\/li>\n<li>b) furnizorii <strong>sunt obliga\u021bi<\/strong>, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu data de 1 iulie 2022, s\u0103 transmit\u0103 facturile emise \u00een sistemul na\u021bional privind factura electronic\u0103 RO e-Factura, indiferent dac\u0103 destinatarii sunt sau nu \u00eenregistra\u021bi \u00een Registrul RO
